This substory unlocks after completing the main story and requires you to have finished Victimized Namekian during the Frieza Saga; you also need to be controlling Gohan. Head to the East Ravine Area to find this substory. The villager is worried that his daughter has been kidnapped by some green monsters that have been sighted around the village. Head to the marker on your map to find a young girl with a Namekian. It turns out this Namekian is Necke from the above substory from earlier in the game. He saw that the young girl was hurt and decided to help her.

The man’s daughter is not that far from the village

She wants Necke to go back to her, which he ends up doing anyway, but her father is not trusting of him right away. Detecting some Ki nearby, Gohan decides to find out the source. Head to the next marker to find some Saibamen waiting around and doing nothing. Approach them for a battle, with them offering nothing new at all and upon winning, you will automatically return to Necke and the others. Some more Saibamen appear, so take care of them and you will be finished with this substory.
