You need to be controlling Goku to begin this substory, which you can find in the North Mountains Area after completing the main story. Suno is gathering ingredients for her village, but seems to be running into some trouble in keeping up supply, which causes Goku to jump in and help. She needs 10 Great Energetic Fish, 10 Plain White Rice and 10 Rose Wheat. Thankfully, the Plain White Rice and Rose Wheat can be bought from any food vendor, one of which is in the same village as Suno. The Great Energetic Fish, though, will require you to collect it personally. While the waters here might have some, the best place to search for them is in the Southeast Islands Area. There is a NPC on the docks on the northwestern island talking about Premium golden fish eggs. Dive underwater and search for the item pickups by the fish, which should hopefully yield the Great Energetic Fish you need. Bring the items back to Suno to complete the substory.
