The cook is being harassed by the Kaiwaremen
Deliver swift punishment to them to have an easy battle
During Intermission 2, head to Goku’s house and look not too far from there to find the Kooky Cook from earlier in the game standing on a bridge, being harassed by some monsters. Agree to help her with the little problem to begin a fight with some Kaiwaremen, who are different-colored Saibamen. They aren’t really much of a threat, so take down all three to complete the substory. Note that in addition to the rewards above, the cook will also give you the Seafood Course Recipe, some Rice and a Bean Paste.
