Felynes are sentient, diminutive cats that are very cute. Other than that, they’re not too important. They exist in every single large area inside what is known as the Felyne Village. For example, Area 10 of Ancestral Steppe is where all of the Lynians will gather, including recruitable Palicos. Every area has one.

Attacks
Bomb Attack: Felynes are normally docile and won’t bother you. If they take damage, however, even if it wasn’t from you, they will bring out their bombs and chase you while holding them. It’s easy to avoid and funny to watch them blow themselves up instead.
