Fanged Beasts are mammaliam monsters. They can be broken down into two subcategories: Hominoidea Fanged Beasts, which are apelike monsters with a strong resemblance to humans, and Ursidae, which are more bear-like. Within the Hominoidea class, Kecha Wacha is the newest addition, alongside Congalala and the unimaginably powerful Rajang. Lagombi belongs to the Ursidae, and is the only one of the three Ursidae to return to Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate.
