You’ll be able to pick up this quest from Balloon Race man, who’s found at Heights Camp in Obsidian Fieldlands. You’ll be able to take on this request once you’ve got access to your Wyrdeer mount.
How to Pop 17 Balloons¶
Your goal in this Balloon Race is to pop at least 17 out of 30 Balloons on the race course in 45 seconds. All you have to do to pop the 
Drifloon balloons is run through them whilst riding on the Wyrdeer. Some of the balloons move up and down or are found higher up, so you’ll need to occasionally jump by pressing 
to reach some of them.
Follow the trail of balloons
and occasionally jump to reach the higher up ones!
Hitting 17 in 45 seconds is pretty easy, but if you don’t manage to reach the target, you’ll be able to try again. You can also try again if you’ve already managed to hit the 17 mark.
The reward for completing this request by popping 17 balloons is x1 Rare Candy and x15 Feather Balls.
