This request is given by Arezu, the hairstylist in Jubilife Village. Before you can access this request, you’ll need to complete Request 59: Misdreavus the Hairstyle Muse. This time, Arezu will ask you to show her a Kirlia.
Where to Find Kirlia in Arceus¶
Kirlia is the evolution of 
Ralts. Ralts evolves into Kirlia at level 20, so you might find it easiest to go down the evolution route rather than find a Kirlia out in the wild. You can occasionally find Kirlia at Heart’s Crag and inside Snow Point Temple. The Ralts at Heart’s Crag are around level 18 so evolving could be a quick solution if there aren’t any Kirlia there!
Once you have a Kirlia, return to Arezu and show her it. You’ll unlock more hairstyles and colors at her hair salon.
