This request can be picked up from Pesselle, who’s a nurse found in the hospital ward on the ground floor of Galaxy Hall. To unlock this request, you’ll first have to complete Request 34: Croagunk’s Curative Poison. Then, once you’ve finished that request, you’ll have to speak to her about the success of her medicine and exit Galaxy Hall and then return to trigger the new request (she’s also only at the hospital during the day). She’ll rather non-chalantly ask you to fetch her 100 Medicinal Leeks! “Easy errand” huh?
Where to Get 100 Medicinal Leeks¶
The upside is medicinal leeks are pretty easy to find in all regions! If you have 
Braviary then you can fly across the region in search for them from a bird’s eye view. Unfortunately, you can’t buy Medicinal Leeks from the merchants, so it will be down to you to grab all 100 Medicinal Leeks. This request is best undertaken as a sort of side mission during your excursions - you probably don’t want to spend hours going out and grabbing Leeks, and instead you should aim to pick any up whenever you’re out and about.

You could also have the farm grow some Medicinal Leeks for a fee of 1,000, though it’ll take a few in game days to get a return on them.
Once you’ve collected 100 Medicinal Leeks, return to Pesselle and hand over the stack of Leeks. She’ll give you x1 Adamant Mint and x1 Modest Mint.
Once you have 100 Medicinal Leeks return to Pesselle
to finish the request.
