Request 56: Getting Help from Machoke.
This quest is picked up from Bosley, found near the middle of the map in Cobalt Coastlands. He’ll ask you to show him a completed Pokédex entry for Machoke.
Where to Find Machoke in Arceus¶
Machoke is the evolution of 
Machop. There are three spots where you could possible find a Machoke in Alabaster Icelands: west of Bonechill Wastes, north of Icebound Falls and east of Snowfall Hot Spring. You won’t find a whole lot of Machokes at each spawn point so you might need to rest at the camp or leave the map to make the Machokes respawn.
Machoke is a fighting-type Pokémon.

You can rack up the 10 research levels any way that you wish, but here’s a guide on one of the easiest and quickest ways to complete the Pokédex. You’ll want to focus on catching Machokes because you get double points for each milestone. Aim to catch 4 Machokes to make up 6 research points. You’ll also want to engage in battle with them more often than not, as a few of the research tasks rely on witnessing moves. This can be a bit tricky because you can’t really guarantee that the Machoke will use Bullet Punch or a strong style move. The bright side is that you only really need to witness one of each to hit the first milestones and get 2 research points.
Then you can get the remaining points from either defeating 1 Machoke with Psychic-type moves (1 point for ‘number defeated’ and 1 point for ‘number defeated with psychic-type moves’) or if you haven’t got any decent Psychic-type Pokémon then defeat 3 Machokes to get the final 2 points from hitting two milestones in the ‘Number defeated’ research task.
Once you’ve completed the Pokédex Entry for Machoke, return to Bosley and show him to complete the request and earn x3 Grit Gravel and x1 Aux Powerguard.
