Technomancer Flame Leper Legendary Armor Set

Outriders Worldslayer is the new expansion to Outriders that was released on June 30th, 2022. One of the many new features of this expansion are the new Legendary Armor Sets for all of the classes. This page will give you all the details you need to know about the Technomancer’s Flame Leper Set.

Flame Leper Legendary Set Bonuses

The Flame Leper Armor set is one of the Technomancer’s new Legendary sets at launch for Outriders Worldslayer. In addition to the existing Legendaries, there are now new armor sets for each of the four classes. The Flame Leper Armor set for the Technomancer grants the following bonus when you have three pieces:

  • Inflicting Toxic on enemy 3 times transforms the status into Blightfire which deals more damage over time.

Blightfire is a great debuff to inflict on enemies, especially Elites as it will massively increase the damage over time it does. Especially when you stack it with bonuses from the Pestilence tree and other mods that impact the Toxic status.

Veil of the Flame Leper

This is the Headgear piece for the Flame Leper set and comes with the following mods:

  • Focused Discharge (Tier III Blighted Turret): The turret discharges Anomaly beams that deal x damage every 0.3 seconds up to 5 enemies within a 5 meter radius.
  • Radical Therapy (Tier II): Deal 15% more damage against enemies afflicted by Toxic.
  • Breath In (Tier III Fixing Wave): Reduces the skill’s Cooldown by 20% and applies Weakness to enemies in a 10 meter radius.

Radical Therapy is a fantastic mod that will boost your damage against enemies that you apply Toxic too, which often or not is your main source of damage. Breath In is also extremely useful in group situations, allowing you to cause weakness to your foes and allow your group to pile on the damage.

Robes of the Flame Leper

This is the Upper Armor piece for the Flame Leper set and comes with the following mods:

  • Party Starter (Tier III Fixing Wave): The strength of the skill is increased by 8% for each enemy within the arena, up to 100%.
  • Spare Mag (Tier I Blighted Rounds): The skill is effective for one additional magazine before triggering the Cooldown.
  • Alchemical Mastery (Tier III Blighted Rounds): While the skill is active receive a Weapon Damage or Anomaly Power bonus equal to 30% of your Status Power, based on whichever is higher.

Spare Mag is always a useful mod for any Toxic using Technomancer’s while Alchemical Mastery can really up the damage output if you’ve invested in increasing your Status Power stat.

Waistcloth of the Flame Leper

This is the Lower Armor piece for the Flame Leper set and comes with the following mods:

  • Virulent Compound (Tier III): Deal 15% more damage to Elites afflicted by Toxic or Blightfire. Afflicted Elites explode when killed, dealing x damage and spreading the status to other enemies with a 5 meter radius.
  • Cleansing Wind (Tier I Fixing Wave): Activating the skill removes negative statues from you and your allies and grants 3 seconds of Immunity.
  • Face Melter (Tier I Blighted Turret): The turret reduces the Resistance of each enemy it hits by 30%. Effect lasts for 5 seconds.

Virulent Compound is an excellent mode for crowd control while Face Melter will allow your turret to drop their resistance first, creating a nice chain reaction.

Gauntlets of the Flame Leper

These are the Gloves for the Flame Leper set and comes with the following mods:

  • License to Heal (Tier III Fixing Wave): Activating this skill grants a 10% Weapon Damage bonus and 4 seconds of infinite ammo.
  • Rapid Reaction (Tier I Blighted Rounds): Reduces the skill’s Cooldown by 50%.
  • Toxic Lead (Tier II): Killing shots on enemies afflicted with Toxic replenish 40% of your ammo in your magazine.

License to Heal is a useful mod for support based Technomancer’s, adding damage to a skill you would normally use for healing only. The other two mods on the gloves are all about extending how often you can be using your Blighted Rounds.

Boots of the Flame Leper

These are the Boots for the Flame Leper set and comes with the following mods:

  • Bad Medicine (Tier III Fixing Wave): Overhealed players inflict Toxic and deal x damage for every percent of Overheal in a 10 meter radius.
  • Toxic Piercer (Tier II): The effectiveness of Toxic is increased by 10%, the bonus is equal to 100% of your Resistance Piercing.
  • Aura of Force (Tier II): Critical shots grant x Anomaly Power to you and your allies for 5 seconds.

Bad Medicine is a great mod for allowing you to grant the ability to inflict Toxic to enemies for your other party members. To add to this, Toxic Piercer will allow you to increase the effectiveness of Toxic in general.
