The Twice As Hot Mod is acquired from dismantling armour pieces. Your best chance of acquiring this mod is by doing activities that have a chance to drop a lot of equipment, such as Expeditions and the Trial of Trial of Tarya Gratar Worldslayer End-Game. This mod causes you to deal aditional X damage to all enemies afflicted by skills. It’s a great mod for Pyromancers, as a lot of their skills work around the Burn Status Effect.
