The Anomaly Mutation Mod is acquired from dimantling the Mindmugger Legendary Automatic Sniper Rifle. There are a couple ways you can go about getting you heads on this weapon. Continue replaying Expeditions and hope it drops as a reward or purchase it from Tiago with Drop Pod Resources you acquire from Expeditions back at camp. Alternatively, you can complete Wanted Quest and hope that Ujio will give to you as one your Legendary Reward Choices.

The Anomaly Mutation Mod causes shots on enemies afflicted by any status condition multiplicates and mutates it into a different one. This is a great way to deal tons of damage towards enemies, as you’ll be inflicting multiple types of Status Effects.
