This is a walkthrough for the Old Chateau, including what Pokémon you can encounter and items you can find.
The Old Chateau Ghosts
While exploring the Old Chateau, there’s a chance you’ll run into some… spooky customers. We don’t mean the Gastly that have infested this place.
Inside the dining hall, the ghost of a butler will occasionally appear on the other side of the table, before scooting left.
Also, when you enter the room before the easternmost room in the long corridor on Floor 2F, you may briefly spot a ghost girl in the easternmost room.
These ghostly appearances are just for fun (or to freak you out).
How to Navigate the Old Chateau
When you enter the Old Chateau, go forward and enter the door between the two stairways. You’ll arrive in a dining area. Head west towards the kitchen area. Search the northernmost bin for a hidden Antidote. Back out and go up the stairs on the left. Enter the nearby door on the left.
Inside the small room, scoop up the Old Gateau from the floor. Exit the room, then go east along the upper path. Enter the door above the dining room door. You’ll arrive in a corridor full of doors. Head all the way west and enter the last door. You’ll emerge in a storage rooms of sorts, where a Dread Plate awaits.
If you have the National National Pokédex and it’s also night-time, enter the next room on the right. Inspect the TV and you can encounter a rare Rotom. In any case, go all the way to the opposite end of the corridor. Inside the easternmost room is TM90 Substitute.
