Tips

The path to a Master gets a bit trickier; the crafting itself won’t stress you too much, but gathering all the materials can take some time.

Fir Logs needed for the first batch of items can be obtained from the Fir Trees up on Mt. Snowpeak Summit or bought from the traveling salesplush up there. However Elder Fir Logs cannot be purchased and thus require a Woodcutter’s aid.

Remember that jewels such as Amethysts can be bought from Al Maajik’s ore stall; the Desert Shopping+ Bliss Bonus is required to increase their stock selection. Platinum Ingots for the Sparkle Axe and Royal Saw can’t be bought and need a Blacksmith to make.

We already covered Moon Clusters and Star Clusters earlier as an Apprentice and Adept. Sun Clusters , on the other hand, drop from the Sand Golem in Drysand Desert, the Ironstone Golem in the Subterranean Lake or the Gilded Golem in the Ancient Ruins.

Additional materials are useful, but not essential until you get better materials and recipes.

If you need common weeds or mushrooms, try the various Shady Shops; for Cave Mushrooms , pay a visit to the granny in the kitchen of Cocina Rica (in the Port Puerto Palace Way).

The rarer Angelic Puffs and Soulweed can be gathered from Cacto Cove or purchased, along with Angelic Cotton , from the salesplush up on Cacto Cove (with the Shopping on the Go Bliss Bonus) or the Leafes’ shop in Elderwood Village.

Rainbow Shells can be picked up from the sands of Nautilus Cave or Cacto Cove if you’re lucky.

Then we come to the Dark Sultan furniture, which are superbly sinister-looking and have some of the best names ever. It’s no wonder Daemon can hardly sleep with his furniture sucking his soul, giving him nightmares and whatnot.

Desert Logs and other materials for these furniture can be bought from the merchants in the Al Maajik Sandtown (Desert Shopping+ required for some, like Demonic Powder and Purple Gel from the Shady Shop).

The Giant Horn for the Ominous Cabinet is dropped by any giant dinosaur, like the Desert Tyrant in the Ancient Ruins Path, to the north-east of the desert. Coal-Black Feathers are a bit easier; found from Hootlums inside the Cave of Bones.

Meanwhile Black Gels can be gotten from the rare Metal Jellings in the Ancient Ruins or simply bought from the salesplush atop Cacto Cove. Evil Wings are also found in the Ancient Ruins, dropped by Vampire Bats; these can’t be bought so watch your neck…

Hardest of all to find is probably the Evil Shard , which requires mining a resilient Dark Heart in the Ancient Ruins–a job for a high-rank Miner for sure.
