Henbane River is home to the Hope County Jail and littered with Bliss fields. You’ll be encountering the Bliss effect throughout the majority of this region along with lots of Angels (people infected with Bliss) and Judges (animals infected with Bliss). The region is located southeast of Dutch’s Island where you’ll most likely enter from the northwest.
