The Whitetail Mountains are overseen by Jacob Seed who is hunting down the Whitetail Militia through use of indoctrination and Judges, wolves that have been transformed. As the name might suggest, there are lots of mountains in this region so expect to use the Grapple a lot so if you’ve not unlocked the Perk yet, do so before heading to the mountains.
