Another water level at last! As you drop down do your best to dodge the Rammerheads. Swim over to the ? Block to find a Fire Flower you’ll be using shortly. Destroy the crates ahead to reveal Green Star #1 then slide on down to the pipe at the end of the section. The next section features Rammerheads swimming in a circular pattern around the large middle section. You want to get in between them to snag Green Star #2 and drop to the bottom for a Green +Clock .
The top left section has a Super Mushroom but it’s best to ignore it and just swim with the Rammerheads to the pipe on the right side. Here you’ll find the Checkpoint Flag and Madpoles amidst a Koopa Troopa. Use the shell to wipe them all out and ground pound the shiny areas for coins a Fire Flower before continuing. In this area more Rammerheads swim in circles, but there is a Super Star at the top left portion of this area that will let you decimate the would-be foes. In the next smaller room is a clear pipe with Spikies and Green Star #3 .
Dash through if you still have the Super Star status, otherwise toss some fireballs in to safely snag the star. Swim up top to another pipe which leads to the final area. The Bloopers in this section are annoying so shoot them down with Fireballs whenever possible. Grab the Fire Flower halfway up if you need it. Use the Red POW Blocks to make quick work of the enemies as you rise to the top where the Stamp is located high above the Rammerheads.
Use the final pipe to reach the Goal Pole.
