Description¶
A Jiralhanae officer in the Banishesh ranks, Balkarus has tried valiantly in recent years to gain a place within the Banished Iteration of the Bloodsters spec ops group. Balkarus is known to carry a modified Mangler.
Where to find Balkarus¶
once you begin the fifth mission Excavation Site in Halo Infinite you’ll gain access to the island to the north which has a few high value targets to deal with, such as Balkarus. Here you can find Balkarus northwest of FOB Charlie.
How to Defeat Balkarus¶
As you arrive you’ll find several enemies surrounding Balkarus which include Grunts, Brutes, Elites and Jackals. There is lots of cover to use in this location, so sit back and pick off the tougher enemies first with a BR75 then deal with the Grunts before focusing on Balkarus. Once you’re one on one with Balkarus you’ll want to work on stripping his shields, so use something like the Ravager as it deals Plasma damage. Finally, finish him off with the CQS48 Bulldog Shotgun, as it deals large amounts of damage, so you’ll be able to finish him off before the shield regenerates.
