Begin the mission: Excavation Site
Description¶
Distress call received from Thunder Squad. Rendezvous at their position immediately to provide assistance.
Where to find the Thunder Squad¶
Once you begin the fifth mission, Excavation Site, you’ll gain access to the second island which has multiple distress calls for you to deal with, such as the Thunder Squad which can be found southeast of FOB Bravo.
How to Complete Thunder Squad¶
As you arrive you’ll find the Marines which are a part of the Thunder Squad trying to fend off against multiple Brutes, Grunts and Jackals inside a cave. Follow it along whilst using rocks as cover, then pop your head every so often to pick off some enemies with a long range weapon, such as the BR75.
Make your way through the cave
whilst taking out the enemies to save the Thunder Squad.
