The Rebel Leader trophy / achievement in God of War Ragnarok is unlocked when you return the Hammer of the Rebellion to Durlin, who can be found in the tavern of Nidavellir after meeting him at the start of the Spirit of Rebellion favor, which can be started immediately after the Forging Destiny main quest.
