Sadly the Vetala guards nothing of value so it’s not really worth wasting your time killing it. Inside the rundown house is a little robot that Vanille instantly recognises. To fix it, you will need to find five parts spread around Oerba but all are relatively easy to find and merely require a bit of legwork and backtracking. Go back outside once you’ve finished exploring.
