This isn’t so much a quest as much as it’s a notification of other, more interesting content posing as a quest. Artisans of the Kamelands will start after you claim the Kamelands and found a village there, informing you that there may, in fact, be new artisans to recruit in your new territory. Make your way down to your Kamelands village once it’s established and you’ll find [Varrask] and [Nazrielle], both of whom you should talk to and recruit to complete this “quest”.
