Event Tiles

It's hard to see in a still image, but there's an event tile where the hand cursor is.

Event tiles are the sparkling gold tiles on the map. You can get various rewards by waiting on them. If paired up and capable of supporting, a unit’s relationship may improve.

Otherwise, you may get EXP or weapon EXP. Lastly, you can acquire many items – the same as random items acquired from the Barracks. Below is the list by category:
