Strategies for all Difficulties
Note: The first choice that is given on this map is just for story purpose. It will make no difference to the outcome. Everyone who comes on the map will say a little comment before the battle begins for real.
Amazingly you do not have to bring your Avatar into this map. This is it; all you have to do is defeat the boss. However, the boss is extremely tough as expected. There are units all around your starting location – each on a Sigil square which boosts their standing a little.
Each Sigil square will spawn reinforcements every turn until you defeat the boss. For this reason, it is best to charge straight toward the boss and destroy them – the less turns spent, the less enemies to deal with.
In the meantime, you should move the bulk of your group north and paired up so they’ll be able to take a beating from the rest of the units. Be wary of Grima’s skills, as they can often hinder how you would expect the battle to go if not paying attention.
With Galeforce and a Dancer, you should be able to beat this in one turn, even. Remember that Chrom’s Exalted Falchion is super effective against the boss.
Caution: The second choice determines whether you will get the Chrom or Avatar ending. Naga hints at what the outcomes will be.
Saying “yes” will lead to a Chrom-centric ending, while saying “no” will lead to an Avatar-centric ending. The epilogues for the rest of the units will be the same regardless. You can always replay this chapter to view the other outcome as well, so don’t ponder too long about this!
Note: Upon completion of this chapter, when you resume game, you will still be right before this chapter on the World Map. This is the sort of “post-game”, where you can fulfill sidequests and other things and you can redo the last level as many times as you please.
Congratulations on beating this game! Especially if you were playing Lunatic!
