Strategies for all Difficulties
This is an easy level, but the difficulty can be making it to Noire on time. She starts off in a walled area surrounded by flying units, which she is strong against but there are quite a few of them. You should prioritize sending a group north to lure the flying units while getting to her before they do.
You can send a power group west as well to deal with the swarm of Bow Knights, more flying units, and the boss of the level at the same time.
Again, prioritize Noire. She will come under your command after the first turn, in which you can choose to make her start to shoot at the flying units that are coming toward her (they have to go around thanks to the wall, but she can still shoot them).
Or, you can make her run east then south to unite with your group coming up, though she may get intercepted by flying units if you choose to do it this way.
You have until about Turn 4 before she can no longer escape from the Griffon Rider while standing where she started. Use flying units to get to that entrance way and cover her.
