This quest is acquired once you enter Stone-Bear hold in Frostback Basin for the first time. Go to the centre of the hold and wait for the climb to finish. When ready, speak with the leader of the hold, Svarah Sun-Hair. After a brief greeting you will be invited to speak and transported to a cave dwelling. After your conversation here the quest will complete.
