A Prama Vikaari

Regular Treasure Diamond Armlet Respawns (Y/N)
Enemies Weakness Steal Loot
Larva Eater (Rare Game) Ice Scorpio Gem Mina, Demon Eyeball

A Prama Vikaari is where you’ll enter the Great Crystal from Giruvegan’s Gate of Fire and it’s from here that you can either venture down (required for the story) or up once you’ve obtained the Treaty Blade, this is where most of the challenge is located. You’ll also find Waystone VIII here, which you can use to return to Giruvegan.

You may have noticed that this is just one of the locations that the incredibly rare Larva Eater can spawn provided you meet it’s requirements, this beast has the ability to drop the ultimate Dagger, Mina.

Kabonii Jilaam Pratii’Vaa

Regular Treasure Diamond Armlet Respawns (Y/N)
Cloud Staff Cloud Staff N
Enemies Weakness Steal Loot
Ose Holy Chronos Tear, Prime Pelt, Libra Gem Morning Star, Prime Pelt, Dark Crystal, Libra Gem

This room will feature some deadly Ose that wander about and you’ll want to be most careful of Hell Blaster, a superior version of Blaster (which they also possess), which inflicts Blind, Disable, Immobilize, Petrify, Poison, Sap, Silence, Sleep and Slow. Be sure to have your White Mage at hand while exploring this room while also taking care to avoid the Sten Needle Trap that will deal heavy damage to any who step foot on it.

(1 of 2) Ose’s have a variety of deadly attacks they can use against you

Ose’s have a variety of deadly attacks they can use against you (left), Sten Needle Traps will deal heavy explosive damage. (right)

You’ll also find a Chest here that contains a Cloud Staff, a rather mediocre Staff that requires the Staves 5 License to be able to use. This is a one time only chest that will not respawn on further visits.

Regular Treasure Diamond Armlet Respawns (Y/N)
Thief’s Cap Thief’s Cap N
Enemies Weakness Steal Loot
Ose Holy Chronos Tear, Prime Pelt, Libra Gem Morning Star, Prime Pelt, Dark Crystal, Libra Gem

Just like Kabonii Jilaam Pratii’Vaa, this room also contains two Oses along with a Sten Needle Trap located in the center. This is a simple room aside from the lone chest that contains a Thief’s Cap, Light Armor that requires the Light Armor 9 License to equip.

  • Exits:
    1. Northwest - Kabonii Jilaam Pratii’Vaa
    2. South - Dha Vikaari Bhrum

Dha Vikaari Bhrum

Regular Treasure Diamond Armlet Respawns (Y/N)
Enemies Weakness Steal Loot
Larva Eater (Rare Game) Ice Scorpio Gem Mina, Demon Eyeball

Dha Vikaari Bhrum is another room that’s only purpose is to provide Waystone VII and take you down to the Bhrum level of the Great Crystal. As such, there are no enemies (save for the elusive Larva Eater if you’ve met the conditions) and no loot to pillage.

  • Exits:

    2. Waystone VII - A Vikaari Kabonii

Sthaana Scorpio

Regular Treasure Diamond Armlet Respawns (Y/N)
Enemies Weakness Steal Loot
Mom Bomb Water Bomb Shell, Soleil Fang, Scorpio Gem Bomb Shell, Fire Crystal, Diamond Armlet, Scorpio Gem

Sthaana Scorpio is a unique area that only becomes active once you’ve finished the story events here and then make a return, this is needed to head up the Crystal which is an entirely optional (but lucractive) affair. You’ll find a Mom Bomb will spawn as you approach the contraption in the center, this nasty fiend will use Self-Destruct near death so be sure to keep your HP up to be safe.

(1 of 2) Mom Bombs will attempt to ambush you from behind

Mom Bombs will attempt to ambush you from behind (left), the loot on this level is rather unremarkable. (right)

Speaking of the contraption, this is the first Gate Stone, Scorpio and as you may have expected, activating it will remove the barrier back in A Prama Vikaari. Activating Gate Stones to remove barriers is the primary means of progression through the optional part of the Great Crystal.

  • Exits:
    1. Southwest - A Prama Vikaari

A Vikaari Dhebon

Regular Treasure Diamond Armlet Respawns (Y/N)
Enemies Weakness Steal Loot
Larva Eater (Rare Game) Ice Scorpio Gem Mina, Demon Eyeball

Yet again, A Vikaari Dhebon is another room who’s purpose is to provide you with Waystone IX, taking this leads further up the Crystal and into the optional part of this labyrinth. As mentioned above, you won’t be able to access this until you have the Treaty Blade.

Once again, this is another of the locations that the elusive Larva Eater can appear should you meet the conditions to spawn it.

    2. Waystone IX - Dha Vikaari Kabonii
