This is a walkthrough for the Relic Ruin, No Man’s Land in Horizon Forbidden West (HFW). It’ll navigate you through the necessary steps to finding the Energy Cell and Door Code.

Description¶

Treasures await those who dare explore the ruins of the Old World.

1. Find the Energy Cell
2. Get The Energy Cell Across The Water
3. Acquire the Door Code

Where To Find The Energy Cell¶

Head Southeast of Plainsong to find this Relic Ruin, then go over to the south side of the building and pull the crate over to the wall on the right and climb up. Follow the path around and use your igniter on the Firegleam to blast open a hole in the wall.

(1 of 5) Use the crate to climb up the wall

Go into the room on the left and use your pullcaster on the crate, then walk back out into the open room and use your pullcaster on the crate again to pull it onto the floor below. Drop down and use your pullcaster on the wall to the left and follow the path around to find another firegleam covered wall. Use the Igniter on the Firegleam to break a hole into the wall and collect the Energy Cell.

How To Get The Energy Cell Across The Water¶

Return to the open room and insert it into the charging station in the back right corner, then pull the crate towards the charging station. Collect the now charged Energy Cell and stand on top of the crate, then press Triangle to drop it on top. Slowly, drag the crate over to the otherside of the room and place the Energy Cell into the slot to restore power.

Scan the VIP KEY! Datapoint to discover the code for the door is 2204, then pull the crate over to the wall and climb up. Finally, insert the code to gain access to the room and collect Energy Pit Stop Ornament to bring this quest to a close .
