In Elden Ring, you’ll find a wide range of characters that will share their plight with you, most of these will have Quests that span multiple locations. This page will detail where you can find the multiple Palm Readers that inhabit the Lands Between.

First Location - Limgrave, Bridge north of Stormhill Shack¶
The enigmatic Palm Readers can be used to learn hints about the world, and information that may be vital on your journey at a later date. It’s important not to confuse these Palm Readers with Enia, whom you’ll find in the Roundtable Hold.
Your first meeting with a Palm Reader can take place in Limgrave. If you head to the Stormhill Shack Site of Grace and follow the road north (ignoring the western road to Stormveil Castle), you’ll soon reach a collapsed bridge where the first Palm Reader will await you. Upon speaking to her, you’ll be able to show her your hands where she’ll reveal about the foundation of gold, and give you some hints on about the Grand Lift.
