Imp Head (Elder)
The Imp Head (Elder) can be found in the Consecrated Snowfield Catacombs, located southeast of the Inner Consecrated Snowfield Site of Grace, in western Mountaintops of the Giants. You’ll enter the catacombs eastward up the stairs until you turn south, with a pillar which emits a deadly mist in the distance. Wait for this to pass, then run towards the pillar and take shelter in a small side area to the right, about halfway down the hall. Wait here until the mist passes again, then run through the eastern hall opposite, where you’ll see the locked doors to the boss room.
Turn right (south) up the stairs from the boss room door, being careful to avoid the damaging mist at the top of the stairs. Make your way to the back right of the room (southwest), then head through the hallway to the west, following it as it turns south up the stairs. You’ll find the Imp Head (Elder) on the corpse in the room at the top of these stairs.
