This page will show you where to accept and how to complete the side quest “Wish Upon a Crystal” in FFXIV Endwalker. You must be a level 80 Disciple of War or Magic to begin the quest.

To begin this quest, talk to Yedjina at The Great Work (Thavnair x:10.4, y:22, z: 0.0).

Deliver the coin-stuffed pouch to the merchant in Yedlihmad.¶
Yedjina and her fellow merchants want to help the dancers lift peoples’ spirits but Yedjina needs you to fetch some crystals from a merchant in Yedlihmad. The fastest way to get to the merchant is by teleporting to Yedlihmad via the Aetheryte.
You can find the Crystal Merchant in the north of Yedlihmad at X: 26, Y: 32.9, Z: 0.1. Hand over the coin-stuffed pouch and then the Merchant will ask what wish you want the dancers to convey during their performance. Your choice will reflect what crystal the merchant will choose for the occasion though the choice has no bearing on the rewards you get.

Then choose a wish you want to bestow on the dancers.
Deliver the crystal-stuffed pouch to Yedjina.¶
After making your choice, the Merchant will pick out a crystal and hand over a pouch with that crystal. You can now teleport back to Yedjina at The Great Work to complete the quest and get your rewards, the most notable one being some new IL 515 bracelets should you require them.
