1. Make sure Defiance is on if you’re main tank.
2. Cast Tomahawk 1 - 0.5 seconds before battle.
3. Weave in Infuriate .
4. Cast Heavy Swing .
5. Use a Tincture of Strength .
6. Cast Maim .
7. Cast Storm’s Eye .
8. Cast Inner Chaos .
9. Weave in both Upheaval and Inner Release .
10. Cast Primal Rend .
11. Weave in Onslaught .
12. Cast Fell Cleave .
13. Weave in Onslaught .
14. Cast Fell Cleave .
15. Weave in Onslaught .
16. Cast Fell Cleave .
17. Weave in Infuriate .
18. Cast Inner Chaos .
