Deliver a warming tincture to the sickly refugee.
Give the sickly refuee the warming tincture.
Talk to the Sickly Refugee
Deliver a warming tincture to the emaciated refugee.
Deliver a warming tincture to the despondent refugee.
After handing over the third warming tincture a cutscene will play.
Deliver a warming tincture to Licinia.
Deliver the final warming tincture to Licinia.
Speak with the burly tapper.
Speak with the Burly Tapper to trigger a battle. Defeat the Burly Tappers to continue.
