Survey the designated location.
Travel east to the designated location at (X: 24.9 Y: 24.4 Z:0.1) and the interact with the designated location. A cutscene will begin.
Travel tot he destination marker.
Rescue Mehvan.
Swim to Mehvan to aid her.
Swim to Mehvan to aid her.
Search for Mehvan’s baby.

Have Alphinaud tend to the baby.
Use the stairs at the side of the pool to exit and proceed to Alphinaud. Speak with him to trigger a cutscene.
