Ketch has asked Crispin to make a pair of shoes for him and being close friends, Crispin wants them to be the best. He has most of the materials, but will need five pices of chic ribbon. The only way to get this as soon as this quest becomes available is via the Bustling Bazaar in Evermore, but you will need to level it to two first. Chic Ribbon is a three-star rarity, so it will probably take a good while to get five of them from the bazaar. Turn them in to finish the quest.
