Grisella has been mixing a potion and is missing one vital ingredient to finish it. This ingredient is a delicate wing bone, and she needs two of them to be exact. As with most of the ingredients needed for quests, you can get delicate wing bones from either Hunting Lodge No. 4 or Hunting Lodge No. 5. Once you have acquired two of them, bring them back to Grisella to finish the quest.
