Sibylla, a diver, has fallen head-over-heels in love with a man named Glaucus, but she is too afraid to go and speak to him about her feelings. Of course, that’s where you come in, so you will go talk to him in her stead. Funny enough, Glaucus is pretty much just north of where she is and when you talk to him, he doesn’t have any clue as to her feelings, despite the compliments. Return to Sibylla and she will use her secret talent of cooking to get him to notice her. To help her, you’ll need to bring her a cuttyfish, which can be found out at sea, as well as from any of the three Fish Markets in Evermore. Once you’ve acquired one, deliver it to Sibylla and then bring the dish to Glaucus, bringing this quest to a close.
