Chingis mentions that our favorite bandit has returned, so it's time to go and say hello to him again...with our swords. The soldier keeping watch is just southwest of Evermore and upon speaking to him, a skirmish flag will be put on the map. This particular skirmish is level 34, which might be a little high for you. If you wish to grind on them, you could just defeat a few units, leave the skirmish and keep doing that to level up your own units a bit. At this point, Kingsguilders shouldn't be a problem, so you could probably get all of the boosts under Bolster Forces.
When you begin, Tyran will be right outside of Evermore, with two spear units and two hammer ones. There will also be another spear unit, as well as a ranged one. Take them all out and some reinforcements will appear to the southeast, which will just be two enemy units (one spear and one ranged), but there are also two siege towers here. Continue through the small valley to your west, past the wooden barriers, to have Tyran show his mug again. He'll be made up of four units again (two hammers and two swords), plus he'll have three escorts (two spears and one ranged).
Your next destination is to your west, where you can head in one of two directions. Going into the tight valley will make you sitting ducks for the cannons at the gate, so it might be best to circle around to the north first and approach the gate from that direction. This allows you to take out two units, plus said cannons. You can rebuild the cannons, should you wish, but it's best to save your military might for something more useful, like calling in your own reinforcements.
Once you've cleared the field of markers, Tyran will appear a third time. He'll be made up of two hammer units, plus two shields, and will be accompanied by a sword and ranged unit. Take them out, pass through the gate and head southwest, then once you're finished with the reinforcements, you will finally be ready to end this skirmish. The last time Tyran shows up, he'll be two hammer units and two bow ones, plus he'll be accompanied by a spear and another ranged unit. The skirmish will finally be over when you have cleared the entire battlefield.
