A young woman is looking to help her little sister in recovering from an illness, so she promised her that she’ll find her favorite higgledy. Unfortunately, she can’t see them, so she asks for your help. Her favorite is a higgledy who is friends with a mermaid princess. This particular higgledy is named Droop the Drenched, and you will be able to make him at Evermore. However, you will need to research My Third Higgledy Cookbook before he becomes available. To cook him up, you will need Splendid Squid (x8), Socktopus (x6), Jade Coral (x4), and Ice Prism (x3). The squid, socktopus and coral can be acquired from Fish Markets, while the prism requires a Mining Camp. Once you have the ingredients and cooked up Droop, return to Broadleaf and show the little girl, bringing an end to this quest.
