Thanks to a malfunction in the security system, Oz got stuck behind a door near the entrance to Broadleaf. In order to break him out, you will need to head to the factory research lab and reboot it. Teleport to Dynafloor No. 1 and make your way up to Dynafloor No. 2, where you will need to get to the Smartstick Lab. You shouldn’t need to fiddle with the consoles here, so you can just head straight there without any troubles (other than some enemies). Approach the door and interact with it, only for Lofty to trigger an alarm, spawning some robots (three big and two smaller). Defeat them, then go inside and use the console at the bottom of the stairs to reboot the system, opening the door for Oz. Return to the Entrance trip door and speak with Oz to finish the quest.
