053 Lycorias, the Doubtful Guard

Lycorias has always wanted to be a heroine, helping squash the forces of evil, but her duty as a palace guard prevents her from going after a monster that’s been terrorizing Hydropolis. The monster in question is located on the small island just northeast of Makronos, and is actually a Tainted Monster. It is level 43 Dampo, so it’ll likely be a challenging fight at the time this quest immediately becomes available. However, its only move (it’s a whamster mage) is to charge up and shoot a projectile at you, so it’s easily avoidable, providing you’re paying attention. You’ll receive an One-and-All-Be-Gone for felling the foe, then your other rewards for returning to Lycorias.
