You’ll be able to accept this Side Mission from Grouse In the Wake of Doubt after you’ve completed the The First Vault Hunter Main Mission and the Cannonization Side Mission.

Get beacons / Get explosives

Grab the Beacons,and explosives from the table.

Once you’ve accepted this mission, collect the beacons and explosives from the table.

Place beacon / Place beacons: [2]

Head to the two waypoints on the map,and place down the two beacons.

Now head over to the first waypoint on the map and place down one of the beacons, and then head to the next two waypoints on the map to place the remaining beacons.

Place explosives / Find epicenter

Place the explosive on the outside of the wall to blow a hole into it.

With all of the beacons placed, head over to the next waypoint on the map and place explosives on the spot which is glowing green to blow a hole into it, this will lead to The Chancellor’s Throat.

Once you’ve dropped down, follow the path around and take out any enemies that attempt to stop you, eventually you’ll find the epicenter.

Place explosives [2] / Clear steam vent

Place the two remaining explosives onto the broken pillar to open up the steam vent.

Once the dialogue has finished, place the remaining two explosives onto the broken pillar to open up the steam vent.

Ride Steam Jet / Talk to Grouse

Step onto the steam and jump to be lifted up to Quietus Peak where you’ll be able to find a Red Chest up on the platform to the back of the room, simply jump back into the steam and hover over to it. Now head back to Grouse and speak with him to complete the mission.
