She’ll mention Old Snapper, who appears to be from the Happy Turtle, an establishment that Yuffie is familiar with in Wutai. Leave the Clinic and head to the left to find the man in question, speaking with him will allow you to begin this Side Quest which involves exploring the Slums to track down 6 flyers, your reward for this is the ever elusive Magnify Materia.
