Home to the cities of Krokodilopolis and Philadelphia, there were quite a few quests in Faiyum Oasis, but surprisingly few necessitated the completion of any points of interest. That being the case, there’s plenty of treasure hunts and a few beast lairs to clear out, but little you need guidance with save for a Papyrus Puzzle scroll in the House of Iwn… not that you need guidance with that one, either, but it’s there for the sake of completionism.

House of Iwn¶
From the Philadelphia fast travel point, head west until you reach the coast, then follow the coast south to find this point of interest, which is within a rather non-descript house. Enter it and search the table within to find the “Just Laws” Papyrus Puzzle scroll. The actual treasure will be hunted down in the “ Points of Interest - Atef-Pehu “ section of the guide.
