If you’re a fan of Eevee and its evolved forms, this quest should be right up your alley. When you have a free moment in your schedule, head over to Thrifty Megamart on Akala Island. No, we’re not here to go on a crazy shopping spree! Towards the south, speak to the Veteran manning the westernmost checkout counter.
Earlier, he wouldn’t speak to you since you weren’t the Champion. But now that you are, he’s ready to drop a challenge on you. What he wants you to do is seek out eight Pokémon trainers that use one of Eevee’s evolved forms and defeat them for him. If necessary, you can speak to him to get clues for each trainer’s whereabouts.
Or easier still, you can follow our directions to save time.
|Vaporeon||Trainers’ School||Woman at the top floor, near the stairs.|
|Flareon||Tide Song Hotel||Janitor to the left of the reception disk.|
|Jolteon||Malie Community Center||Woman sitting in front of the TV.|
|Espeon||Geothermal Power Plant||Janitor in front of the TV.|
|Umbreon||Hau’oli Cemetery||Gentleman in the north-west corner.|
|Glaceon||Iki Town||Woman in the kitchen in the south-western house.|
|Leafeon||Hano Beach||Swimmer at the northern cape.|
|Sylveon||Seafolk Village||Little girl in the Steelix boat (towards the east).|
When it comes to battling the Eevee users, each of them has a Level 55 evolved Eevee (or 54 in the case of the Sylveon user) as their only Pokémon. Not to mention you know exactly which evolved Eevee they’re using. This means it should be very, very difficult for you to lose to any one of the Eevee users.
Upon defeating all eight Eevee users, return to the Veteran who gave you the quest for one final challenge: a battle with himself–an actual Eevee user. If the previous battles were easy, this one takes the cake. Your reward for following his dreams is Eevium Z, a unique Z-Crystal that boosts Eevee’s Last Resort move.
