This page is a walkthrough for the Cayo Perico Heist Preparation Mission, Cutting Torch. It’ll navigate you through the necessary steps to successfully acquiring the equipement.

Go to the Construction Site / Search for the Cutting Torch¶
Once you’ve activated the mission via the planning board on the Submarine, then either use the sub to fast travel closer to the Construction Site or simply drive there yourself. After you’ve arrived at your destination, head up the second level of the site and take out the enemies with a silenced weapon to avoid detection.
Head to the Construction Site and take down the enemies
then look for a toolbox to find the Cutting Torch.
Upon successfully clearing out the area, head to the center of the area to find a Tool Box containing the Cutting Torch. Press [Right D-Pad] to collect it, then drop back down to the ground floor and race back to your Submarine to bring this mission to a close.
