This page is a walkthrough for The Doomsday Heist Preparation Mission, Riot Control Van. It’ll navigate you through the necessary steps to successfully to acquiring the RCV.

Start a riot and wait for private security to respond with a Riot Control Van.
Go to Strawberry Plaza / Steal the RCV¶
Once you’ve started up the mission, take any car and head to the Strawberry Plaza which is marked on your map, then when you arrive throw a Tear Gas into the crowd to start a riot. Fight with the rioters, but make sure to not kill anyone which can be done by switching to a different person after a couple hits.
Eventually an RCV will turn up to deal with the situation, so take out the Police as they are getting out, then take control of the RCV and work on losing the Police. After you’ve gotten the cops off your back, drive to your Facility quickly to bring this mission to a close.
