When Does Snow Start In GTA Online 2022¶
Since GTA Online has been released all the way back on the 1st October 2013 Rockstar have implemented Snow into the game for the festive period. We’re now quickly approaching the time again, so players are wondering when snow will be falling in Los Santos.
Rockstar hasn’t announced anything yet, but there will potentially be a Festive Surprise Update with the Tuesday 20th 2022 Update, so it should be safe to assume that snow will be coming on that day too. Additionally, this will bring along some Christmas Apparel and Christmas themed Collectibles.
When Will The Snow End in GTA Online 2022¶
Rockstar hasn’t said when the snow will be removed from GTA Online in 2022, but based on previous years it is likely it’ll be taken out of the next weekly update on January 5th 2023m so there’s still a few more days to have fun participating in snowball fights!
How Does Snow Affect Gameplay in GTA Online¶
Snow doesn’t affect the gameplay too much in GTA Online, but it does bring a long two cool changes. You’ll be able to pick up Snowballs and throw them at other players to create fun Snowball fights and the Snow will cause your vehicles to lose traction, making it easier to drift if you’re into that side of things. For players not so interested in drifting it’ll just find you’ll need to drive slower or you’ll crash more often and rack up repair fees.
