Follow the Dock Foreman to a quiet spot / Take a photo of the Cargo List¶
Once you’ve activated the mission via the Job Board, take any car and follow the waypoint to Elysian Island. Upon arrival, wait for the MC Gang to leave the area, then follow the Dock Foreman to the alley and quietly take him down with a silenced weapon.

Bring out your phone and take a close up image of the Cargo List which would’ve dropped on the floor near the body, then look for any nearby truck cabs and steal it. Finally, drive over to Harmony Storage Yard to bring this mission to close.
