There are very specific vehicle requirements for stunt jumps. While many can be completed with a fast sportsbike or car, there are others where going too fast can cause you to overshoot and fail the jump. Some are off-road and so require a good off-road vehicle to gain enough momentum to complete the jump while others require heavier vehicles.

The guide will mention the best vehicles for the job for each jump and alternatives where applicable. It is preferable if you mod your vehicle to gain the most speed and acceleration from it. This is essential for some jumps. Most of the vehicles used here were fully modified.

Franklin is naturally the most effective for completing the jumps because his ability can be used to boost speed or make any last minute corrections on the approach. It is also advisable to fully mod his bike and car if you don’t want to worry about losing cars/bikes in the process. You may find purchasing the Los Santos Customs helpful so you can get free mods for any vehicle.

Before attempting a jump, make a quick save on your phone. Setting up a jump can take time and this can simply be reloaded if you fail. You will also keep any expensive vehicles you may have purchased! Always try and land vehicles flat on four/two wheels because you will have more success that way. Slow the speed of the jump down so you can make these minor adjustments in the air before you land.

Right, let’s get to it!
